"Roseberry Labels" - Standard Labels Order Form

This order form is just to provide us with enough information to design your label. Please ensure you enter all the information you require on your finished labels, and the spelling of all words are correct.  We will email you a web page address (URL) where you can view a sample of your design for approval. To avoid any misunderstanding, once you are happy with the final design we need to hear from you via email with confirmation for us to go ahead and print your labels. Once the labels are printed, errors cannot then be rectified. Repeat Orders If you just require an exact re-print of previously ordered labels then you don't need to fill in all the boxes below. All you have to do is specify in the Other Comments or Requests box that it is an exact repeat order.  As long as nothing has been changed on the design then we will just print the labels and ship them to you.  We won't ask for the design to approved again, so saving you time.  However, if you still wish to see the sample then please specify this in the Other Comments or Requests box.  You then make your payment as normal. Important:  When you enter your personal details in the shopping cart area please ensure that your email address is entered correctly, otherwise we can't easily let you know when you can view your designed label for approval, and will considerably delay completion of the order.  Due to problems we have encountered with HOTMAIL and GMAIL addresses we are sorry that we are no longer able to accept them as a means of contact.
