Ordering is simple:
Large, Standard and Mini labels -
- Select the graphic you would like from one of the categories on the left menu - Cute, Floral, Occasions, Winter, Christmas, Miscellaneous
- Make a note of the reference code under your chosen image (include all Letters and Numbers)
- Then pick a text font and font colour you want on your label (details are on the Order Form)
- Then use the Order Form link from the menu on the left, fill in all the details and submit your order
- You will then be taken to the shopping cart. The choices here are, Continue Shopping, Recalculate and Go to Payments
Ultra Mini labels -
- Choose a text font and font colour you want on your label (details are on the Order Form)
- Then use the Order Form link from the menu on the left, fill in all the details and submit your order
- You will then be taken to the shopping cart. The choices here are, Continue Shopping, Recalculate and Go to Payments
'Continue Shopping' allows you to make another order.
'Recalculate' allows you to delete an item or change the quantity.
'Go to Payments' is the point where you complete the transaction.
Use the 'View Cart' link at any time to review the contents of your shopping cart.
We only accept payments via PayPal.
On receipt of payment we will design your labels, then email you a web page address for you to visit to approve the design. If you are not completely satisfied with your image, font style or font colour choices, we are more than happy to work with you to make any changes you wish.
Once your design has been approved, we will then post the labels to any address you have requested. Postage is free within the UK, and orders will be sent using Second Class Royal Mail. Postage for overseas orders is calculated once you are in the shopping cart area, by choosing your region from a selection box.
If you are in the UK and you are ordering for a friend or relative in an overseas country, then that is not a problem. However, you will need to select the particular country they are to be sent to in the shopping cart area as postage rates are calculated on the shipping address, not the original ordering address.
From ordering to delivery will take approximately 5 working days within the UK.
Overseas orders take approximately 7 working days.
Repeat Orders
This process is very simple. You use the appropriate Order Form for the size of labels you require to be re-printed but leave all the fields here blank. All you have to do is enter some text in the Other Comments or Requests box that it is an exact repeat order. Then you make your payment as normal.
As long as nothing has been changed on the design by the customer then we will just print the labels and ship them. We won't ask for the design to approved again, so saving you time. However, if you still wish to see the sample then please specify this in the Other Comments or Requests box.
